Your Role at Nutrient

We’re hiring a Junior Contract Researcher to help us build better product experiences for legal teams. This is a paid, short‑term contract, expected to run for 1 to 3 months—no prior product experience required. We’re looking for someone who has worked in a legal environment—law firms, in‑house legal teams, legal ops, compliance‑heavy teams, or adjacent roles where documents, review cycles, approvals, and manual processes are a constant part of the job.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Share feedback on real legal workflows and product ideas
  • Help test concepts and early product directions
  • Identify pain points in how legal teams actually work
  • Contribute to real product decisions
  • Help us understand where current tools fall short in day‑to‑day legal work

What You’ll Bring:

  • Firsthand experience in legal workflows
  • Pragmatic
  • Opinionated
  • Curious
  • Move fast
  • Get things done
  • Do not wait for permission

Who Thrives Here:

  • Collaborators: You collaborate openly, listen actively, and prioritize team success over ego.
  • Hungry Learners: Rapid learning fuels progress and career growth.
  • Curious Thinkers: You dig deep to uncover the “why,” valuing understanding over simply being right.
  • Self‑Starters: You take action without waiting for direction, turning obstacles into opportunities with creativity and persistence.
  • Owners: You take responsibility for solutions and outcomes, always looking for ways to improve what’s within your control.
  • Doers: You’re energized by progress, motivated to create meaningful impact, and eager to tackle challenges.
