- Serve as finance representative for Rippling payroll implementation, ensuring data and ledger alignment
- Partner with Sales Ops to revamp our manual commissions process
- Maintain clean audit trails and ensure compliance with GAAP and international regulations
- Prepare payroll and headcount reports for Finance leadership and auditors
- Support future separation of duties by designing scalable workflows for payroll operations
What You\’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably in multi-country environments
- Familiarity with payroll for both employees and contractors
- Strong NetSuite skills required; experience with Rippling is a plus
- Solid understanding of GAAP and payroll-related compliance and sensitivity to confidentiality
- Comfortable operating across functions in a fast-paced software or tech environment with a speed of learning and curiosity to understand how everything connects
- Detail-oriented, low-ego, and process-driven, with a strong self-initiative and clear sense of ownership
- CPA or CPP preferred but not required

- Doers: You\\u2019re energized by progress, motivated to create meaningful impact, and eager to tackle challenges.
