We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organised Operations Manager who can evidence previous achievement of targets. We are a fast-moving small business in the arena of environmental mitigation of water pollution called Nutrient Neutrality. Our business is growing and we are now looking for an operations manager to take responsibility for managing our major contracts, under the Our Rivers brand. Previous experience in nutrient neutrality is useful but not essential.

We have long term partners with whom we work so a team approach to achieving a shared goal is important. We value the environment and want to employ someone for whom this is important. We provide technical training however numeracy, IT literacy and a proven interest in science is important, as is a keen interest in how the market is evolving.

The successful candidate will work 5 days a week at our Howle Business Park office (TF10 8AY) and have a full driving licence. This role is not suitable for a candidate who has recently graduated. We are looking for at least 5 years experience in a commercial setting.
