We are currently looking for a Livestock Administration Assistant to be part of our team.

About Us

Davidson Cameron & Co has been a successful player in the livestock and property sector since 1982 originating from Quirindi New South Wales. Over the years we have grown our presence across northern New South Wales with offices situated in Coolah, Coonabarabran, Gunnedah, Narrabri, Quirindi, Guyra, Scone, Inverell, Moree, Tamworth and Walcha. We specialize in providing livestock and real estate agency services to rural clients across these regions.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Livestock team with administrative responsibilities focusing on livestock sales and general administration tasks.
  • Engage in various livestock division activities including sales support for saleyard, stud stock clearing and private sale administration tasks.
  • Deliver excellent customer service responding to client inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Handle the processing of weekly livestock sales and other sales-related tasks.
  • Utilize programs like SAP and Plasma.
  • Manage client proceeds ensuring account transactions are reconciled accurately.
  • Offer additional support to the livestock admin team when needed.
