Reporting to the Area Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial sales and business operations within the branch.
What You'll Do:
- Develop, manage and implement the Branch business plan and operating budget, retail audits, sales objectives and keep all invoicing and accounts receivable in accordance with company policy.
- Direct all aspects and daily operations, including maintenance and repair of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability.
- Manage all aspects of human resource within the Branch including hiring, promoting, performance management, coaching and discharging within company policy and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee all record keeping functions in recording sales and monies received, in maintaining inventory records, in requisitioning supplies in accordance to sales projections and movement of product within market area.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, division management and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions’ products and services.
- Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions’ and industry regulatory and EH&S standards.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of progressively responsible agri-business with a track record in sales, marketing, or branch management.
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience.
- Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business Certificate, or equivalent post-secondary education (combinations of education and experience may be considered).
- Valid Canadian driver’s license.
