With strong retail partnerships and ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our presence across both UK grocery and international markets.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Marketing Executive to coordinate and manage product labels, packaging artwork, PDP content, Amazon content, and approved product marketing information across our supplement portfolio. This role will act as the central custodian of product labels, artwork files, PDP master files, approved claims, product information sheets, and related marketing content. The role is responsible for ensuring that all product information is accurate, compliant, up to date, clearly organised, and consistently used across packaging, websites, Amazon, social media, retail materials, and international markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Business Manager, regulatory teams, design, e-commerce, marketing, manufacturing, sales, and external partners to coordinate product updates, artwork changes, PDP content, launch materials, translations, and compliance approvals. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong file management, structured project tracking, and the ability to manage multiple SKUs, markets, deadlines, and approval processes at once.
Key Responsibilities- Product Information & Master File Ownership: Act as the central owner of approved product information across the full product portfolio. Maintain accurate master files for each SKU, including product names, descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, dosage instructions, warnings, claims, certifications, translations, artwork versions, PDP copy, and market-specific requirements. Ensure product information is consistent across packaging, PDPs, Amazon listings, retailer portals, social media content, sales materials, brochures, and internal documents. Maintain clear version control for all product files, ensuring teams are always using the latest approved copy, claims, artwork, images, and specifications. Archive outdated files and keep a clear record of superseded versions. Create and maintain product information sheets, specification documents, product guides, and internal product reference materials.
- Label, Packaging Artwork & Print Coordination: Coordinate the creation, updating, and approval of product labels and packaging artwork across all product ranges. Liaise with manufacturing teams, factories, printers, and suppliers to obtain ingredient details, packaging specifications, keyline drawings, label dimensions, material requirements, and print specifications. Manage the artwork process from initial brief through to internal review, compliance approval, final sign-off, and print-ready file delivery. Coordinate artwork updates for new launches, reformulations, seasonal SKUs, bundles, retail-specific variants, and market-specific packaging versions. Ensure all label and packaging files are properly named, organised, version controlled, and easy to access. Track open artwork actions, approvals, missing information, and deadlines to ensure packaging updates are completed on time.
- PDP, Amazon & Digital Product Content Coordination: Coordinate the creation and updating of PDP content across DTC websites, retailer websites, Amazon, and distributor channels. Maintain PDP master files for each SKU, including product titles, descriptions, bullet points, ingredient benefits, approved claims, directions for use, warnings, FAQs, image requirements, and channel-specific copy. Work with design, e-commerce, Amazon, content, and social media teams to ensure product content is accurate, compliant, on-brand, and commercially clear. Coordinate PDP and digital product assets, including product renders, benefit icons, comparison charts, ingredient storytelling, lifestyle graphics, educational visuals, and Amazon A+ / enhanced content. Ensure online product content is updated following reformulations, packaging changes, claim updates, ingredient changes, regulatory updates, or commercial repositioning. Maintain a clear record of approved product messaging and ensure outdated copy, claims, or visuals are replaced across relevant channels.
- Regulatory & Compliance Coordination: Work with internal and external regulatory/compliance teams to ensure product labels, packaging, PDPs, claims, and product marketing content are compliant in each relevant market. Coordinate compliance requirements across the UK, EU, USA, GCC, and other international markets as required. Support the approval process for product claims, ingredient callouts, nutritional information, dosage instructions, warnings, disclaimers, certifications, and product descriptions. Maintain a record of approved claims and product wording for each SKU and market. Ensure only approved wording is used across labels, PDPs, Amazon content, social media assets, sales materials, and trade marketing content. Coordinate required packaging and content updates following regulatory feedback or changes in market requirements.
- Internationalisation & Local Market Adaptation: Coordinate label translations and product content localisation for international markets, including Dutch, French and additional regions as required. Maintain translated product copy, label files, PDP content, and market-specific product information in organised master files. Work with regulatory, translation, design, and local market teams to ensure translated copy remains accurate, compliant, and on brand. Coordinate market-specific adaptations, including legal disclaimers, claims, warnings, product descriptions, directions for use, and PDP content. Ensure each market has the correct approved product files and that outdated local versions are clearly archived.
- Product Launch Coordination: Coordinate product marketing readiness for new launches, reformulations, new flavours, bundles, and market-specific SKUs. Build and maintain launch trackers covering packaging, label artwork, compliance approvals, PDP content, Amazon assets, product imagery, sales materials, and retailer requirements. Coordinate the product information and assets required for DTC, retail, Amazon, distributor, and trade launches. Support the preparation of product launch toolkits, including product messaging, approved claims, key benefits, product images, PDP copy, FAQs, comparison charts, and sales support materials. Chase internal and external stakeholders to ensure launch milestones are met. Flag delays, missing information, approval bottlenecks, or risks to launch timelines.
- Product Marketing Asset Coordination: Support the development of product marketing assets across digital and physical channels. Coordinate product content requirements for social media, e-commerce, Amazon, retail presentations, distributor materials, brochures, banners, leaflets, product booklets, and trade marketing. Partner with design and content teams to create product education materials, sales collateral, product visuals, benefit graphics, and consumer-facing product content. Ensure all marketing assets use the latest approved product information, claims, label copy, and product positioning. Coordinate updates to marketing assets based on packaging changes, reformulations, commercial feedback, or product performance insights.

- Strong understanding of packaging artwork, label management, product content, and print production processes.
- Experience coordinating product information across packaging, PDPs, Amazon, websites, social media, sales materials, and retailer assets.
