b Overview /b p In this Formulations Manager role, you lead a team of six Formulators across the UK and Ireland to deliver nutritionally sound, cost-effective premix and mineral formulations. You will drive cross-functional projects, ensure compliance and quality, and optimise formulation systems and data to support commercial goals. You partner with Sales, Technical and Marketing to tailor feed solutions and back new product development.
