In this role, you will support the Quality team in ensuring that raw materials, production processes, and finished products consistently meet our quality standards. You'll play an important role in maintaining product quality, supporting audits, investigating quality issues, and helping ensure compliance across the site. What you'll do- Support quality control activities to ensure compliance, product quality, and operational excellence.
- Carry out routine quality inspections and checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Collect and manage product samples for testing and evaluation.
- Support investigations into quality complaints and non-conformances.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Assist with internal audits and quality assurance activities.
- Work closely with Production, Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Promote quality standards and best practices across the site.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality function.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Previous experience within Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Food Production, Feed Production, FMCG, or a similar environment is desirable.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Exposure to quality standards such as UFAS, ISO, HACCP, or GMP+ is beneficial but not essential.
- Basic IT and Excel skills are required.

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern across three schedules, so flexibility around working hours is important, including occasional holiday cover requirements. Very occasional Saturday morning work may be available on a voluntary basis and, where worked, is paid at overtime rates.
