What you'll do:

  • Reporting to the Production Manager you will ensure that all H&S procedures are adhered to
  • Accurate and detailed recording of information
  • Follow production schedule
  • Maintain and drive plant performance against daily schedule
  • Report deviations / inaccuracies / quality concerns
  • Ensure hygiene in respective areas
  • Liaise and communicate with team members effectively, including engineers, e.g., on breakdowns and technical issues
  • Identify issues on line to Production Managers
  • Ensure changeovers run smoothly with a handover to the next shift
  • Keep plant stoppages to a minimum
  • Complete documentation in an accurate and detailed manner
