What you'll do:
- Reporting to the Production Manager you will ensure that all H&S procedures are adhered to
- Accurate and detailed recording of information
- Follow production schedule
- Maintain and drive plant performance against daily schedule
- Report deviations / inaccuracies / quality concerns
- Ensure hygiene in respective areas
- Liaise and communicate with team members effectively, including engineers, e.g., on breakdowns and technical issues
- Identify issues on line to Production Managers
- Ensure changeovers run smoothly with a handover to the next shift
- Keep plant stoppages to a minimum
- Complete documentation in an accurate and detailed manner

- Previous experience of working in a production environment
- Good health & safety awareness
- Ability to demonstrate strong quality focus
