Support procurement activities to ensure cost‑effective sourcing and smooth operational support: act as a key point of contact between local stakeholders, the UK & Ireland and the Business Unit Procurement teams.

Support sourcing activities for indirect spend categories, including services, maintenance and packaging.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across supply chain, production and maintenance teams.

Support negotiations with suppliers, with the opportunity to develop negotiation skills over time.

Create and maintain contracts and purchase agreements within internal systems.

Prepare and analyse monthly cost reports and support global reporting requirements.

Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Support resolution of invoice queries and collaborate with finance and suppliers.

Contribute to improving procurement processes and ensuring data accuracy.

Who We’re Looking For

Approximately 1–2 years of experience in procurement or buying, ideally supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Comfortable working with data and systems, with intermediate Excel skills.

Experience with ERP systems is an advantage; PowerBI exposure is a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset, organisational reliability and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Interest in developing a career within procurement.

Location & Details

Location: Ashbourne, UK (hybrid working model)

Contract: Permanent, full‑time
