Safety
Adhering to the company’s safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone.
Office Support
Carries out office/building support activities such as office maintenance, post-room activities etc. Assists with internal moves, moving desks and other office furniture and other material around.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Carries out maintenance and repair services to the building and various items like office furniture, in offices and meeting rooms and to equipment. Performs building preventive maintenance tasks (not plant) in order to avoid or reduce breakdowns (by regularly checking and cleaning materials or equipment). Monitors cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required. Completed audits as required.
Gardening
Performing landscaping duties including mowing and operation of street sweeper. Carry out common area cleaning. Maintain all roads, paths, grounds and gardens to a high standard. Complete cleaning inspections. Activities may include painting, repairing damages, etc.
Other Duties
Works according to established procedures, manuals and checklists, and maintains these in order to keep them up-to-date. Regularly reviews practices and procedures and makes recommendations for improvements. May perform other duties and activities, as directed.
