About the Role β Ensure Excellent Customer Service for Animal Feeding Products
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams including planning, production, and finance to resolve queries and prioritise orders.
- Track order progress and update customers as required.
- Support the customer service team in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Manager and peers to ensure team objectives are met.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1β2 years of experience in customer service, ideally within animal feeding or related industries.
- Relevant educational background or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, curious, and independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a quick learner who can prioritise effectively and thrives in a friendly, approachable, and team-oriented environment.
Other Requirements:
- Availability for very occasional travel within Ireland and the UK.
- Work Model: On-site position, part-time (14 hours per week).
