The UK Swine team supports pig producers across the country with innovative nutritional solutions, technical expertise, and practical on-farm advice. We work closely with customers to improve animal performance, farm profitability, and sustainability.
As Account Manager Swine, you'll play a key role in growing our business by building trusted relationships with farmers, distributors, and industry partners. Combining technical knowledge with commercial insight, you'll help customers overcome challenges, unlock opportunities, and achieve long-term success while contributing to the future of UK swine production.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers within the UK swine market.
- Act as a trusted advisor, combining technical expertise with commercial insight to create long-term value for customers and the business.
- Translate technical nutritional and production knowledge into practical solutions that improve customer performance.
- Deliver customer-focused recommendations that help producers maximize profitability and farm efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial colleagues to provide outstanding customer support and service.
- Manage your territory independently, proactively planning customer visits and maintaining a strong market presence.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on building relationships, and has the determination to succeed in a competitive market. Proven experience within the swine industry, ideally in animal nutrition, technical support, account management, sales, or business development is essential. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills are required, along with a customer-focused mindset combined with strong commercial acumen. Experience working with distributors, dealers, or agricultural customer networks is advantageous. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK is necessary.
