This role will be hybrid with remote and in‑office expectations.

Role Overview

As National Account Manager, Grocery, you will manage and develop accounts within the Grocery channel for the Soft Drinks category. You will build new or leverage existing buyer relationships to execute an account plan that delivers sales and profit targets and drives distribution of NutraBolt products in the Grocery channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L for your customer base and effectively manage to deliver sales and profit targets.
  • Ensure agreed account plans are activated and deliver against objectives, pivoting and renegotiating when required.
  • Represent the business and our brands professionally at all times.
  • Contribute to the wider sales plan & strategy.
  • Develop existing relationships to unlock new listings, distribution increases, and feature space opportunities.
  • Create a compelling promotional and activation plan to drive sales while managing read‑across within the channel.
  • Work closely with internal and external supply chain teams to maintain good availability across the retail network and drive compliance in‑store.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Experience negotiating and running joint business plans with customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen to develop powerful commercial propositions that become actionable plans.
  • Understanding and confidence with P&L management and volume & profit forecasting processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self‑starter, high energy and creativity to work through challenges.
  • Strong ability to analyze data such as forecasts, sales trends, out of stocks, and seasonality trends.
  • Proficient in all MS Office tools – especially Excel.
  • UK account management experience with key contacts.
  • FMCG experience preferred, ideally Soft Drinks.
  • Degree level education a positive but not essential.
  • Passion for the fitness industry and belief in what we do.
