Nutrable is the UK’s only dedicated nutrition support platform for employee wellness. Nutrable is breaking new ground in the field of corporate wellbeing. With a dedicated team of highly qualified nutritionists, Nutrable partners with businesses to improve the health of their employees through evidence-based nutrition support. Employers are able to provide their employees access to professional nutrition information, advice and personalised support via one-to-one video consultations, live health talks, an online ‘Ask the Expert’ tool, a supplement directory, and an extensive library of articles. The service addresses 45 distinct health conditions ranging from menopause, to cholesterol, to fatigue, to sleep, to digestive disorders.

Nutrable is seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading the company's co-marketing efforts with its partners. The Partnership Marketing Manager will be responsible for building relationships with our partners, developing co-marketing strategies, planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns. The primary goal will be offering nutrition support services to Nutrable’s partner members and growing the Nutrable customer base using carefully executed marketing plans to drive adoption. Partnership marketing will require extensive experience in social media marketing, webinars and live talks, digital email marketing, collateral creation and event coordination. The Partnership Marketing Manager will be responsible for actively tracking customer growth and KPIs will be tied to customer acquisition.

Nutrable’s partners come from a broad range of industries that include employee benefits providers, insurers, gyms, and physio studios. The executive will be part of a small entrepreneurial team based in London. Candidates need to be entrepreneurial and have energy, passion, and a willingness to learn and “do whatever it takes.” This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious startup early on, in an industry growing 20% annually.

    • Negotiate co-marketing agreements that are mutually beneficial
    • Coordination with marketing partner to co-launch marketing campaigns

Requirements & Skills

  • College degree
  • 5+ years in partnership marketing
  • Experience with customer acquisition, social media, events, webinars, podcasts, public relations
  • Proficient and experienced with Google Analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience building long-lasting marketing partnerships
  • Interest and experience in nutrition and wellness considered a plus
  • Strong writing and verbal skills
  • Analytical and high level of comfort with data and analytics
