About the Team
The Workplace Management team is part of the Real Estate and Workplace division at Nutanix, located in London, England. This team is dedicated to creating and maintaining a functional and welcoming corporate environment that aligns with the company's mission of delivering high-performance enterprise cloud solutions. The team's culture emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and exceptional communication, as they work together to support the needs of employees and foster a positive office atmosphere. Their mission includes managing workplace strategies that facilitate productivity and enhance the experience of employees returning to the office.
You will report to the Director of Real Estate and Workplace EMEA Region, who is known for a supportive and proactive leadership style, encouraging team members to be adaptable and customer-centric. The work setup for this role is primarily on-site, with a requirement for the team to be present in the office at least four days a week. The role involves minimal travel, primarily requiring occasional visits to Cambridge and potentially other European cities. Most of this travel will be infrequent and primarily involves visiting serviced offices on rare occasions, ensuring that the primary focus remains on managing the local workplace environment.
Your Role
- Ensure the office environment is functional, clean, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers for office supplies and equipment.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for real estate and workplace matters within the London office.
- Foster a customer-centric approach to meet the needs of employees and enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Adapt to short notice requests and manage expectations of senior personnel effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong communication with the EMEA team to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Establish oneself as a spokesperson for real estate matters in the London team, especially during the transition to a new office space.
