The Opportunity

About the Team
The SP & GSI Program and Business Operations Manager will be part of a dynamic and growing team dedicated to scaling the service provider (SP) and global system integrator (GSI) business at Nutanix. The globally distributed team emphasizes a highly collaborative culture that fosters open communication and teamwork among its members. With a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and strategic initiatives, the team\’s mission is to drive success by developing innovative partner programs and collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.
You will report to the Senior Director of Service Providers, who values collaboration and encourages team members to share ideas and support one another. This manager promotes a team culture that avoids silos and prioritizes responsiveness in communications. The work setup for this role is predominantly remote, allowing team members flexibility in their schedules. While team members have access to the office should they choose to work on-site, there is no specific requirement dictating how many days must be spent in the office.
The travel requirements for this role are minimal, with an expectation of less than 10% travel time. This means that travel will not significantly impact the job responsibilities or the work-life balance for the individual in this position.
Your Role
- Oversee daily operations related to partner programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Document and standardize processes associated with end-to-end commercial engagements with SPs & GSIs.
- Collaborate with sales and channel program teams to ensure successful implementation of programs.
- Develop and refine the SP & GSIs GTM strategy as the program evolves.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure program success and track progress. Monitor and analyze SP & GSI business performance, providing regular insights on the health of the business to senior management.
- Foster engagement and collaboration with partners\’ alliances and marketing organizations.
- Facilitate open communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
- Identify and execute improvements to existing processes and programs throughout the year.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum of 5 years experience in partner program management or go-to-market strategy.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Experience in managing sales programs and sales analytics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, including report creation and analytics capabilities.
- Experience in a global role interfacing with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of the technology industry and prior experience in relevant companies (e.g., VMware, Cisco, etc.).
Work Arrangement
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
