The Opportunity The Nutanix Networking & Security Solutions Architect combines deep technical expertise with a keen understanding of how to address the critical business needs of enterprise customers through Nutanix products and solutions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working with both customers and Systems Engineers across the region, and is a senior member of the Systems Engineering organization at Nutanix. The role requires expert knowledge in Nutanix networking and security, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with various Nutanix and customer resources simultaneously. Responsibilities: Be a self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic technology environment. Support sales teams and customers on large and strategic opportunities. Enjoy solving complex distributed networking and security problems. Engage with senior technical decision-makers throughout the sales process. Present and discuss the value propositions related to your specialization. Build long-term business relationships and become a trusted advisor to identify opportunities and sell Nutanix solutions. Enhance reseller and alliance partner relationships to increase sales. Build and deliver technical product and solution presentations or training sessions to customers, partners, and Nutanix SEs. Install, support, and maintain Nutanix solutions during Proof of Concept deployments. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve your expertise. Assess and design Nutanix solutions to protect against malware and network intrusion attacks. Experience with IDS, IPS, and network security appliances to detect and prevent threats. Assist with security audits related to ISO and SOX compliance. Design Nutanix network solutions aligned with customer business strategies for performance and security. Possess excellent knowledge of physical and virtual networking, routing, and security best practices. Experience with dynamic routing protocols, direct connect solutions, VPN tunneling, and software-defined networking. Deep understanding of multi-cloud networking and connectivity with AWS, Azure, and GCP. Help define security controls and policies for customers, supporting security strategy and posture. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience. 5-8 years of sales engineering or reseller experience in high-tech sales with a successful track record. 5-8 years of networking and security experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
