What you’ll do:
- Work with a team of diverse people
- Contribute and lead real business projects
- Build relationships with our extended cohort of students that are located across the UK
- Enhance your skills through on-the-job training and external workshops
- Assist manufacturing engineers in daily operations
- Recommend strategic solutions to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Support engineering team for standard development from definition stage until deployment phase
- Ensure documentation for Operations (work instructions, GMPs, etc.) are all up to date
- Support team writing work instructions, deploy trainings for operations team
- Support engineering & Quality team conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and investigation of faulty products (A3 or 8D)
- Assist in key engineering projects
- Comply with safety, quality, hygiene and environmental prevention standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Undergraduates working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in a related discipline
Skills:
- Some engineering experience by way of education or hobby interest
- Attention to detail, critical thinking
- Good communication and networking skills
- Autonomy, Team work, Work Ethic, Adaptability, Time management
Candidates will be:
- Undergraduates working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in a related discipline (mandatory, below this you won’t be considered)
- Based at our Luton plant in Bedfordshire
- Ready to start in July 2027
- Have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without company sponsorship and where appropriate comply with ITAR regulations (we do not sponsor any type of visa for this internship)
