The Senior Enterprise Account Manager will join a dynamic team dedicated to driving growth within the BFI sector at Nutanix.

You will report to the Senior Sales Director, Finance & Enterprise, who leads with an emphasis on empowerment, fostering a culture of accountability and support.

The manager encourages open communication and values team input, cultivating an environment where creativity and collaboration are at the forefront of decision-making.

This role offers a remote work setup, providing flexibility for the team while also requiring attendance in the office for key meetings and collaboration activities.

This position requires a considerable amount of travel, estimated at 50%, to effectively engage with clients and prospects.

The role will involve traveling to meet potential clients, attending industry events, and collaborating with stakeholders across various locations to ensure the success of initiatives within the Enterprise market.

Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, focusing on acquiring new logo clients in the BFI sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to drive sales efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to target specific accounts and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and position technology solutions effectively.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain market relevance.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth for the team.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Senior Sales Director on sales progress and market dynamics.

  • Proven experience in managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting and direct engagement.
  • Strong passion for acquiring new logos with a successful track record of onboarding major clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions such as Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Development.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales methods.
  • Aptitude for understanding technology products and solutions and their role in solving business challenges.
  • Prior experience in the BFI sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a remote team environment.
