We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, highly organised multi-tasker to join and support the EMEA marketing team across Europe and The Middle East, with immediate effect on a contract basis. The primary function is to support and manage all facets of EMEA social media and video content:

  • Administrative responsibilities: FCPA system, iProc & contracts
  • Event activity promotion: social, PR & marketing input to amplify key messaging & activity on site & post event for events in Europe and the Middle East
  • Video and content production around key company announcements
  • Management of B2B social media agency and EU LinkedIn and X regional channels
  • Wrap up reports & ROI

The role is responsible for managing all of the EMEA B2B social and video activities, working with internal stakeholders across all facets of the EMEA business as well as liaising with the EMEA team to compile monthly and quarterly marketing PPT reports to showcase activities and successes. There will also be frequent interaction with our EMEA B2B social agency and other key suppliers such as film crews and events agencies. Other duties will include leading collateral (pop up banners, videos, collateral & branding) in key EMEA offices.

The candidate needs a can-do, proactive attitude, able to work well under pressure and fluid situations. The person should be energetic and interested in exciting new technologies. A highly organised individual with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail with a desire to learn more about marketing events and activities. Excellent IT and creative skills are a must. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Flexible and a competent multi-tasker. Confident in working for a multinational company with offices worldwide, across time zones and cultures. Willingness to turn their hand to any request. Dual ability to follow tight controls/processes one minute and to show initiatives needed when required the next. Good communication skills essential. Must be professional and presentable. Must be proactive and a team worker. Must be self-starting and able to work unsupervised. Must have common sense, business acumen, excellent English, spelling, punctuation, grammar, full understanding of professional presentation of self and work, oral and written, both to internal colleagues and external companies.

Minimum Qualifications: A level / GCSE with 2-3 years marketing and administration experience. References to a particular number of years’ experience are for indicative purposes only. Preferred Qualifications: Marketing/Business Studies Graduate with an ambition to progress a marketing career. Experienced/qualified on full Microsoft package, Email, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and generally IT literate. As well as English, a second language would be an advantage (German / French / Italian).

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
