Responsibilities
- Develop and lead EMEA-wide executive marketing program strategies aligned to business priorities and growth initiatives.
- Design integrated, multi-channel programs leveraging digital channels, content, executive communications, ABM, and regional events.
- Partner with field marketing to enable scalable execution with strategy, content, messaging, and measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with global marketing, product marketing, communications, and field teams to bring executive-focused programs to market.
- Build audience-centric journeys for executive personas (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, COOs, line-of-business leaders).
- Measure program impact on executive engagement, marketing influence, account penetration, pipeline, and business outcomes; optimize based on data.
- Act as regional center of excellence for executive CXO engagement, sharing insights and best practices across markets.
