What you’ll do:

  • Competent to assemble fuel pumps and canisters to close tolerance.
  • Ability to strip parts down and identify root cause for test failures.
  • Ability to test components using both manual and automatic test rigs.
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions including layouts and drawings.
  • To assemble sub/main assemblies of electromechanical assemblies after required training.
  • Complete, maintain and understand work records, route cards, including electrical records.
  • To maintain a clean and tidy environment consistent with the high standards of quality and care required by the company.
  • Instruct and provide training when required.

Qualifications:

  • Apprenticeship served or equivalent preferred.

Skills:

  • Aircraft soldering experience.
  • Testing of completed assemblies in both fuel and water.
  • Mechanical build experience.
  • Electrical build experience.
