Win-berry is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in Chepstow, Monmouthshire. This permanent role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising staff and material resources including warehouse space, racking and delivery fleet, prioritising and allocating workload, operating clear systems and procedures with regular monitoring, training and motivating, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining efficient workflow processes. You will play a key role in leading the team to meet operational targets while fostering a productive and safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles

Working Hours
