Production Operator – Pontypool £12.21 per hour | Free Lunch Provided | Immediate Start Available Nu Staff are recruiting for a Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturer based in Pontypool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and looking for a stable role within a supportive production environment. Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 7:00AM – 4:00PM Friday: 7:00AM – 11:45AM (Early finish Friday!) Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery in line with production requirements Monitor equipment and carry out basic checks to ensure smooth running Inspect products to maintain quality standards Handle materials safely, including loading and unloading where required Keep work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with Health & Safety procedures Support other production duties as needed What We’re Looking For: Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Good timekeeping and reliability Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks Team player with a positive, proactive attitude Benefits: Free lunch provided Monday to Friday (main meal & dessert) Early finish every Friday Supportive team environment Location: Pontypool – must be able to commute reliably If you’re looking for your next opportunity as a Production Operative a growing company, we’d love to hear from you.
