Role: Forklift Driver Location: Caerphilly Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM Pay: £13.46 per hour, overtime paid at enhanced rates (1.5x / 2x) Temporary to ongoing, with an immediate start available. We're recruiting an experienced Forklift Driver to join a growing recycling facility in Caerphilly. This is a full-time, forklift-only role moving pallets between units and loading and unloading trucks, ideal if you hold a valid Counterbalance licence and want a long-term role. The Role: Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently Move pallets and materials between units, yard areas and storage locations Load and unload lorries and containers Carry out pre-use safety checks and report defects straight away Keep accurate records of stock movement when required Support the wider warehouse and yard operations and follow all site health and safety regulations The Requirements: Valid, in-date Counterbalance forklift licence (essential) Previous forklift experience in an industrial or warehouse environment Strong awareness of safety procedures Reliable and punctual, able to work independently Positive, proactive attitude and good team player Able to commute reliably to Caerphilly If you're a match, apply for this Forklift Driver role below or call the team on (phone number removed) between.
