What you’ll be doing

You won’t be sitting on the sidelines in this role, you’ll be right in the action, collaborating closely with production, sales, and clients to deliver world-class engineering solutions. Your role will span:

  • Creating innovative, fit-for-purpose thermal spray solutions that meet customer needs
  • Developing and refining application and machining processes
  • Designing tooling and fixtures using SolidWorks
  • Supporting new product introduction (NPI) from concept to qualification
  • Acting as the technical bridge between customers, sales and internal teams
  • Leading projects, mentoring others, and helping us continuously improve

What you’ll bring

You’re a hands-on, forward-thinking engineer who thrives on solving problems and delivering value. Your skill set includes:

  • A solid background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
  • Fluency in engineering language – both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in CAD (preferably SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office
  • A detail-focused, results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills – with the confidence to be customer-facing
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to lead projects from start to finish
  • Experience in thermal spray coating? Even better – but not essential!
