Nu Staff are recruiting for Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Pontypool. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy production environment on a 6-month project running through until December, with structured training, shift allowances, and a potential £1000 bonus payment upon successful completion of the project (subject to criteria being met).
As a Production Operator, you’ll support the production process by assembling, preparing, fitting, and moving products in line with production schedules and quality standards.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00AM – 4:00PM
- Friday: 7:00AM – 1:00PM
Possible Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday rotating shifts: 6:00AM – 2:00PM
- 2:00PM – 10:00PM
Pay Rates
- Training Period Increasing to £13.45 per hour on day shift
- Shift Rate Increasing to £15.47 per hour on shifts
Bonus Opportunity
£1000 bonus payment upon successful completion of the 6-month project (subject to attendance, performance, and client criteria).
