We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our passionate team at the prestigious Nusr-Et Steakhouse in London. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating effectively with the management team to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional dining experience.
- Ensuring that every guest receives the highest levels of service from our team members.
- Managing the restaurant efficiently, specifically overseeing service at the tables and ensuring the team is well-trained and delivers a smooth service.
- Leading by example and maintaining a hands-on, can-do approach.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Previous management experience in London restaurant scene, preferably within premium restaurant environment.

- Excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Effective multitasking abilities.
- The ability to motivate a team and foster a strong spirit of teamwork.
- Full rota flexibility.
- Experience in operating Micros system.
- WSET Level 2.
