What will you work on?
- Lead the full HR function for Nusr-Et London, ensuring alignment with company values and full compliance with labor and employment law
- Oversee recruitment
- Work closely with labor unions where relevant
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent in hospitality in London, positioning Nusr-Et as an employer of choice
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations as required by the authorities; develop and maintain local HR policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date employee handbooks, contracts, and related documentation; ensure all employment contracts are properly written, and include required terms (schedule, salary, benefits, etc.)
- Serve as key HR partner for employees and leadership on employee relations, union negotiations, contracts, workplace issues, etc.
- Drive training support onboarding; create employee engagement and retention initiatives
