Time: 9:30 pm to 5:30 am Sunday to Thursday

The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of services. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners, managing schedules, maintaining supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Duties

β€’ Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff.

β€’ Actively participate in cleaning tasks to maintain high standards and lead by example.

β€’ Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

β€’ Train and support staff in cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.

β€’ Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.

β€’ Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.

β€’ Respond to feedback and resolve service-related issues.

Communication

β€’ Maintain clear and respectful communication with team members, and management.

β€’ Provide regular feedback and guidance to staff to support performance and development.

β€’ Handle concerns or conflicts professionally and constructively.

β€’ Communicate cleaning standards and expectations effectively to ensure consistency.

Compliance & Safety

β€’ Promote a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.

β€’ Ensure proper use of PPE and cleaning equipment.

β€’ Report hazards, accidents, and near-misses promptly.

β€’ Provide training on manual handling, chemical safety, and emergency procedures.

β€’ Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or schedules
