Who we are

We are a commercial cleaning and support services company, proudly B Corp certified, ethical by design, and focused on building meaningful partnerships—not just ticking boxes. We get a buzz from doing work we are proud of—and we work best with clients who care about quality, fairness, and long-term value. Our team is our greatest asset, and we invest accordingly—because when they thrive, so do our customers. We are pioneers at heart. Always improving, always evolving. And right now, we are building a high-performing, purpose-led commercial team to help us scale toward £30m revenue—without compromising who we are.

Who we are looking for

A sharp, detail-driven, People Team superstar who is an organisational wizard with a passion for people, someone who thrives on ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. We are looking for someone to keep things ticking behind the scenes, from sending out contracts to running reports, supporting the People Team, and diving into the fascinating world of TUPE. This role is for someone who loves a challenge and wants to grow in the HR space.

What you will be doing

  • General Administration – You will be the backbone of our People Team, ensuring contracts are sent, paperwork is perfect, and processes are seamless.
  • Right-to-Work Guru – You will handle compliance checks like a pro, making sure all employees meet legal requirements.
  • TUPE Trailblazer – Get involved in employee transitions, helping to make the process smooth and stress-free for everyone involved.
  • Data & Reporting Extraordinaire – Love a good spreadsheet? You will run reports, analyse trends, and help the People team make data-driven decisions.
  • People Team Sidekick – Be the go-to support for everything People Related, from onboarding to employee relations and beyond.

What we are looking for

  • People Team experience – You have dabbled in People Team admin before and know the basics of the way HR works in the UK.
  • Eye for detail – Accuracy is your superpower.
  • People person – You are approachable, friendly, and great at communicating.
  • Tech-savvy – You know your way around HR systems and Excel.
  • Proactive mindset – You don’t just wait for tasks; you take initiative!

We are scaling with purpose, and your role will grow as we do. You will be close to the action, not buried in bureaucracy. You will work alongside people who care about the work and each other. And you will be trusted—really trusted—to deliver in your own way.

Sound like your kind of job? We would love to hear from you. Send us your CV and a short note telling us what you are great at—and what you want to build with us. Because the difference between good and great is rarely found on the front page—it’s in the fine print.
