We’re on the lookout for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of services.
You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners, managing schedules, maintaining supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Key Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff.
- Actively participate in cleaning tasks to maintain high standards and lead by example.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Train and support staff in cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
