The Opportunity
Do you take pride in keeping spaces spotless and welcoming? We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service every single day. Key Duties
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to keep them gleaming
- Dusting surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to maintain a tidy environment
- Emptying bins and replacing liners to ensure clean, pleasant spaces
- Cleaning and sanitising restrooms (including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors)
- Restocking bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Ordering and maintaining cleaning supplies for the site
Communication
- Take direction from your supervisor and complete tasks efficiently
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Refer any queries or issues to your supervisor promptly
Compliance & Safety
Your safety — and that of others — comes first. You will follow all health and safety procedures, including safe use of cleaning products, wearing appropriate protective equipment, preventing slips and trips, and reporting hazards or accidents. You will also help ensure chemicals are stored securely.
