You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners, managing schedules, maintaining supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff. Actively participate in cleaning tasks to maintain high standards and lead by example. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Train and support staff in cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory. Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance. Respond to feedback and resolve service-related issues. Communication Maintain clear and respectful communication with team members, and management. Provide regular feedback and guidance to staff to support performance and development.
