- We’ve created thumb-stopping content for some of the world\’s most recognised brands including Ford, Casio & Nandos, as well as a few of the hottest scaleups such as Surreal, Estrid & Candy Kittens.
The Role
We’re looking for a resourceful and driven, full-time creative producer to join us on our mission in creating the best content on the planet.
Responsibilities
- Winning new business through building and maintaining client relationships.
- Using creativity to find innovative solutions to difficult problems across production.
- Sourcing talent, locations, props, wardrobe and freelance crew to brief.
- Attending and managing shoots on location across the UK, mostly within London.
- Costing of creative proposals and leading pitches.
- Onboarding clients, understanding their requirements and exceeding their expectations.
- Creation of detailed briefs, call sheets and risk assessments.
- Building slick decks to impress clients and sell creative work.
- Creating and maintaining complex timelines across multiple projects and allocating resources, whilst managing conflicting demands.
- Predicting, troubleshooting and documenting issues ahead of time where possible.
- Demonstrating excellent communication with clients, strategic partners and peers.
- Managing client relationships and growing them through our work and your attitude.
The Individual
- 3+ years experience in producing commercial film shoots, either as a freelancer or part of a production agency.
- Can bring a social-first and resourceful approach to production.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in costing and negotiating projects as well as managing and tracking production budgets.
- Has a great understanding and stays up to date with the different social media platforms, digital marketing, filmmaking and current trends.
- Diligence in your work and a great creative taste.
- High standard of on-set etiquette, with a confident and respectful approach to managing crew and client.
- Understanding of post production workflows and best practices.
- Experience in camera, lighting and sound recording on shoots (nice to have).
- Experience in TVC workflows & Clearcast processes (nice to have).
- Experience using project management tools such as the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Float (or similar).
- Independence to work on your own, take initiative and innovate processes.
- A willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally).
- Has a full clean UK drivers licence.
