In recent years, NUS has found that these client engagements are most successful when a dedicated resource coordinates activities.

Client Relationship/Project Managers are responsible for managing key client engagements and ensuring that project team members are meeting milestones and service delivery requirements. It is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work with colleagues across the organization and with client stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Act as a central point of contact for clients, setting the agenda for, and leading, regular project meetings and tracking action items through streamlined reporting/tracking documents;
  • Develop relationships with colleagues and client stakeholders to ensure open communication and knowledge sharing;
  • Support colleagues to develop and progress client projects on a global basis, while reporting updates to clients and monitoring progress in line with deadlines and client expectations;
  • Develop and maintain project trackers and reporting templates where required to meet client requirements;
  • Coordinate multiple parties across different departments;
  • Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including regular lessons learned reviews;
  • Monitor ongoing service fees, ad hoc project fees, and client payments.

Your Skills

  • Experience managing client and internal relationships;
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with strong attention to detail;
  • Extensive experience of Microsoft Office, including Excel;
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate team members;
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal);
  • Ability to lead project update meetings and maintain project tracking documents.
