We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting young people and adults in supported living settings. This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behavioural or emotional support requirements. As a Support Worker in supported living, you will help individuals maintain independence, develop life skills, and access their local community while promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality person-centred support tailored to individual needs
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, and household management
  • Promote independence, confidence, and life skills development
  • Support individuals with accessing education, work placements, appointments, and community activities
  • Provide emotional support and build positive professional relationships
  • Support with personal care where required
  • Administer or prompt medication in line with training and policies
  • Follow care plans, behaviour support plans, and risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate daily notes, incident reports, and handover records
  • Safeguard vulnerable young people and adults
