This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behavioural or emotional support requirements. As a Support Worker in supported living, you will help individuals maintain independence, develop life skills, and access their local community while promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
