We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and experienced Family Support Worker to support families, children, young people, and vulnerable individuals in the Weston-super-Mare area. This role focuses on providing practical, emotional, and person-centred support to help families overcome challenges, improve wellbeing, build resilience, and promote independence. You will work closely with individuals experiencing social, emotional, behavioural, or practical difficulties, helping them access appropriate services and achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities
