NGCC Recruitment Ltd is recruiting experienced Children's Residential Support Workers and Supported Living Support Workers to join our growing agency team in Leicester . You will be supporting children, young people and adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), physical disabilities and complex care needs. Your role will be to provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, wellbeing and positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support. Build positive and professional relationships with service users. Promote independence, confidence and life skills. Support with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication (where trained), budgeting, appointments and accessing the community. Provide emotional support and encourage positive behaviour. Support with personal care where required. Complete accurate daily records, care notes and incident reports. Follow individual care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support plans. Safeguard children and vulnerable adults at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals. Maintain a safe, clean and supportive environment.
