We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Recruitment Consultant to support our talent acquisition activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a range of positions while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. This role offers flexibility and is ideal for an experienced recruiter looking for part-time work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to candidate placement.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, networking, and databases.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
- Prepare candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records within the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems.
- Meet agreed recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay informed about industry trends and labour market developments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
- Strong networking and candidate sourcing skills.
