We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Recruitment Consultant to support our talent acquisition activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a range of positions while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. This role offers flexibility and is ideal for an experienced recruiter looking for part-time work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to candidate placement.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, networking, and databases.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and support candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records within the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems.
  • Meet agreed recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and labour market developments.

Requirements

  • Essential
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
  • Strong networking and candidate sourcing skills.
