This on-site, contract role as a care assistant/support worker is located in Southampton. The care worker will provide support to families during intensive residential assessments. The role includes observing, safeguarding and helping families establish routines whilst contributing to evidence-based assessment processes. Monitoring child safety and responding to safeguarding concerns. Working with the wider team including social workers and assessment practitioners. Support will be provided in day and night shifts.

- Enhanced DBS
- Experience working with children
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care (or equivalent) is required
