At NurtureNeuro, we provide strengths-based, high-quality, nurturing, Autism, ADHD, combined, and cognitive learning assessments, within a warm and welcoming private clinic environment. We are looking to expand due to high demand and to build a high-quality 5-star reputation locally.

Associate model: offer is initially around 1–2 assessment days per month, 2 clients per clinic day, dependent on referral flow and your availability. £800 Combined Assessment Clinic Information Face-to-face clinic in Great Warley, Brentwood, Essex.

  • Early Years Clinic: Autism clinic aged 18 months–7 years, ADHD clinic aged 5–7 years.
  • Autism clinic likely Friday daytime, 1–2 times monthly.
  • The clinic session includes assessment, MDT discussion and brief diagnostic feedback within the allocated appointment time.
  • Autism assessments are completed jointly with SALT (2‑hour clinic), ADHD assessments independently (2‑hour clinic), and combined assessments jointly with SALT (2.5‑hour clinic).

For autism and combined assessments, the SALT team manages ADOS completion, report collation and distribution, and post‑diagnostic support call. For ADHD assessments, post‑diagnostic support calls are provided by the ADHD coach.

  • Pre‑assessment screening by Director and HCPC‑registered Clinical Psychologist to ensure clients are suitable and booked into the appropriate assessment type.
  • A well‑prepared, welcoming clinic environment, with convenient parking, refreshments, and on‑site receptionist support.
  • A strong reputation, including 5‑star Google reviews and ongoing marketing.
  • Provision of nurturing post‑diagnostic resources, including a local support document, active social media support content, and a free post‑diagnostic animation video.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is registered with the GMC.
  • Has experience completing autism and/or ADHD assessments within the NHS and/or private sector, including within the required clinic age ranges.
  • Has had relevant autism and/or ADHD training, with evidence of certificates, such as ADI‑R, 3Di, DIVA, ADOS.
  • Works in a strengths-based way.
