The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you’ll play a vital role in creating meaningful learning experiences and nurturing relationships that help children flourish.

Essential

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Genuine passion for early childhood development.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build nurturing relationships.
  • Ability to adapt your practice to meet individual needs and interests.
  • Creativity and willingness to think outside the box.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
  • Ability to work full-time and be adaptable with start and finish times.
  • Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
  • Ability to provide two satisfactory references upon an offer of employment.
