Salary: £27,997 per year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (all year round – not term time)

The Role: As one of our Level 3 Early Years Educators, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality care, education and experiences that support children’s development and wellbeing. You’ll create engaging learning opportunities, build strong relationships with children and families, and help ensure every child feels included, confident and supported.
You’ll Have The Opportunity To:
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support children across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Build nurturing relationships with children and families through strong communication and emotional intelligence.

Essential:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
- A caring, patient and adaptable approach to supporting children’s individual needs.
- A passion for creating engaging learning experiences through play.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours and be adaptable with start and finish times.
Desirable:
- Experience working within an early years setting.
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Interest in sustainability and incorporating eco-friendly practices into learning.
