We are looking for an experienced ROOM LEADER to help lead these amazing practitioners and apprentices and help them become the leaders of tomorrow.
Toddler Room Leader β Chell
Pay: Β£28,300 β Β£29,300
This role is the perfect stepping stone into a senior leadership position within our Chell nursery. You will still be able to enjoy all the fun and adventure on a daily basis, with the added knowledge you are helping shape our future room leaders too.

Your Responsibilities Include
- Supervising and leading a team of practitioners and apprentices in your room.
- Identifying any knowledge gaps in your team and working with the nursery manager to fill these gaps through ongoing training.
- Ensuring all reporting is up to date and filed and reported accordingly.
- Participating and sometimes leading staff training, meetings, workshops and open days.
- Ensuring your key children are encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment.
- Ensuring all safeguarding policies are adhered to at all times and any breaches are reported to the designated safeguarding lead immediately.
To be eligible you must hold a level 3 Early Years qualification and have at least 1 year of experience working in a day nursery with under 2s. A full job description can be given upon request. You will need to complete an enhanced DBS certificate and receive 2 satisfactory reference requests upon an offer of employment being made.
