Hours: Full or Part-time positions - to be available - between 08:00 - 16:00

Days per Week: Monday to Friday - 5 days a week - Flexible Days available based on service needs.

Salary: Β£14.00 per hour

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with complex medical needs? NurtureCare is seeking dedicated and compassionate skilled health care workers to provide complex healthcare support at a special educational needs school in multiple areas in Derby and Nottingham.

About the Role:

As a Skilled Healthcare Worker, you will work within the school environment, supporting pupils with a range of medical conditions, including:

  • Gastrostomy (PEG/NG) feeding
  • Oxygen therapy
  • Epilepsy management & seizure care
  • Personal care & mobility support
  • Medication
  • Cough Assist

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in healthcare, complex care, or SEND support
  • A compassionate and child-centred approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Willingness to undertake further specialist training

Closing date - 7th August 2026

Must be available for mandatory training days on the 2nd and 3rd of September.
