NurtureCare are looking for a part time rota and family coordinator. 8am - 4pm Wednesday and Thursday. 1 year (Maternity Cover).

To act as the Family Rota Coordinator with all round exceptional administrative skills, a great personality, and a dynamic professional and positive attitude to deliver an outstanding service to our team and our clients. You will act as the 'face' of our company and be the first point of call for our clients and their families.

Our office is extremely busy and energetic - no two days are the same! You will be proactive and have excellent organisational skills to manage your time and workload and be passionate to make a difference.

The main purpose of the job is to ensure the smooth running of the Rota for the Company along with day-to-day operations for the business and to ensure effective support is in place for all staff and families. Your ability to complete tasks to specific deadlines will be paramount.

It is essential that you can build up excellent relationships with staff, clients, and their families as well as outside agencies to enhance your knowledge and enable you to continuously problem solve. Being seen as the central coordinator and ‘go to’ person for solutions, help, and guidance. You will do this in an inclusive manner and be non-judgemental towards individuals.

Applicants must be confident in:

  • Proven administration skills

Mandatory requirements as standard - DBS certificate on the update service. Desirable - access to own vehicle and full driving licence.
